This is not good, my car got stolen this place is not safe I’m concerned for the safety of my wife and children, I have had enough I need to alert folks that are honest and are hard working individuals. For the record my wife’s car has been broken into, there has been assaults with a deadly weapon. The management have no action plan on keeping this place safe. Be aware find other apartment complex safety for your families is priority and I hope this review help you on making your decision.
this is how they steal my belongings here. I have been living here for almost a year and I am happy that my time here is over. in all these months things have been stolen from my balcony and my packages at my door several times, the managers just do nothing about it. Late maintenance caused high prices in electricity bills. I have many other things to say but do not rent here it is my entire recommendation, it is not a safe place for you and your children. The price you have to pay for rent is not worth it.

Can't think of anything positive to write. Endless problems here, I was always sick in this apartment because of the air and the mold in the walls, anyone that came over would immediately cough and sneeze, as soon as I left I felt so much better. I never felt safe here so many break ins. The insulation is terrible so expect to pay sooooo much money on your AC that will constantly be running. Windows and doors aren't sealed properly and seep in air... The cherry on top is the statement I received after moving out asking for a ridiculous amount of money, what's the NON REFUNDABLE deposit for? Especially when I literally left the apartment CLEANER than it was when I moved in. I wish I could post pictures of the mold, the rust, the wet walls, the vents.. but can't since I may use in court, if it needs to go there.. I tried endless times to call and email them to discuss their ridiculous move out statement but of course as usual no body returns my calls or emails. I feel bad for the neighbors that still live there. The only positive thing to say about this place is the maintenance people, they were very nice and friendly and did the best they could with those old rusty buildings.
